At The Prancing Pony Games, we take great care to make sure every order leaves our tavern safely and arrives at your doorstep quickly. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, package, and ship your items.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days for single cards, graded cards, and small accessories

2–3 business days for larger orders or sealed product
Please note:
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — but we will always do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and occasionally FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.
Below are typical delivery windows (after processing time):

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier, and package weight.
Any available shipping options and prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
🎴 Packaging Standards (Card Protection)
We package all collectibles with great care:

All raw singles ship in a sleeve + toploader or card saver

Multiple cards ship in team bags

All cards are shipped with rigid or bubble mailer protection

High-value cards may include added reinforcement (semi-rigids, cardboard backing, bubble wrap)
Our goal is to ensure every card arrives safely and damage-free.
🏆 Shipping for Graded Cards
Graded slabs are shipped in:

Bubble wrap
-
Padding or cardboard reinforcement
-
Rigid mailer or box for maximum protection
High-value slabs ($200+) may include signature confirmation.
🌍 International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
📬 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
📦 Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, its transit is outside of our control.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
Please check with neighbors, family members, your leasing office, or your local post office.
We are happy to assist, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by USPS/UPS.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

We will assist with a replacement or refund when applicable.
❌ Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can reship the order once additional postage is paid

Or we can issue a refund minus shipping costs
🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped.
If you need adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
📮 Pre-Orders
For any item marked as pre-order:

Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items ship together when all products are available
If you want in-stock items shipped sooner, please purchase separately.
